My twelve year old Fronius IG20 inverter has started playing silly
buggers. (Not quite a hard failure since it has limped back to life
later in the day twice). This happened Friday. It's error is "state 101"
which refers to the mains which I can masure at its terminals at its
usual if high ish 246V.

So depending on a few answers and any more tests I can think of am after
an inverter, quite possibly used. I know these things are about since
installers upgrade a lot of systems.

Also did you that would notice see anything happen to the grid on what
by coincedence was the last day people could do something or other
before the energy price cap etc. ?

I've been watching the Octopus Agile rates which went to -8.4p on Saturday
early-hours, due to lots of wind I presume:

if that's what you mean?
